This charming holiday home in Son Serra de Marina is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, with capacity for up to 10 guests.
The property has a large furnished terrace, which includes an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue and a dining table, making it the ideal space to enjoy the good weather and outdoor meals.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room divided into two rooms, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in front of the television, or connect to the internet thanks to the Wifi available throughout the house. The distribution includes four double bedrooms, one of which has two single beds, while the other three have a double bed each. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes for your comfort. The fifth bedroom, ideal for children, has a bunk bed and access to a private balcony with sea views, making it the perfect place for a rest after a day at the beach.
The house has three bathrooms: two of them with a bathtub and hairdryer, and one with a shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, crockery, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare your own meals.
The location of the house is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, as it is just a few metres from the natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. The restaurant El Sol Sunshine bar is a relaxing place to have lunch or dinner. In the village there is a small grocery shop and good restaurants. Further amenities such as petrol stations and supermarkets.

As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. During the high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is payable on the spot.
