All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms in the main house and common areas. The flat has ceiling fans. It also has central heating and, in addition, all air conditioners have a heat pump.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.




All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
