Surrounded by a rural environment, this villa for 3 guests with private pool offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay and discover the island with ease.



Outside, the finca stands out for its 8 x 4 metre saltwater pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. Around it, a well-kept artificial grass area with sun loungers and parasols invites you to relax, while the barbecue and the furnished porch offer the perfect space to enjoy outdoor meals. For the little ones, there is a small playground where they can play in complete safety.



The interior of the house combines comfort and functionality in a cosy atmosphere. The living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi, is the perfect place to relax after a day's excursions. The open-plan kitchen has a gas hob and oven, Italian and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils necessary to prepare any meal. The property has two bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe, and a second bedroom also with double bed. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. For your comfort, the house is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and hoover. Furthermore, on request, a cot and high chair can be provided for the little ones.



Located 28 km from the beaches of Capellans in Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, this finca offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and access to some of the most beautiful corners of Mallorca. In Costitx, guests will find a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and petrol station, while the nearby towns of Sineu, Inca or Can Picafort offer a wider range of services. For those wishing to explore the island, the finca is an ideal starting point. From here, you can easily visit the Tramuntana mountains, the city of Palma and the picturesque north coast with charming villages such as Alcúdia, Pollença and Formentor. On Wednesdays a visit to the traditional market of Sineu, the oldest on the island, is a must.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. Payment must be made by credit card before arrival.
