A tasteful holiday flat awaits you in the popular holiday region of Cala Fornells-Paguera in the south-west of the island. The flat impresses with an open-plan living and dining area with an adjoining, fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in the living area lead out onto the approximately 10 m² covered terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the bay and the open sea. Start the day with a relaxed breakfast in this picturesque setting and end it with a glass of wine and tapas on your terrace. The cosy bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also offers a fantastic sea view. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The pool area of the complex is located further down, directly above the sea. You can reach it via stairs or by car to save steps. There is a restaurant by the communal pool, and further steps lead to a sea access with a ladder and additional sun terraces. The complex also offers three restaurants, a small grocery shop and an ice cream parlour (may have limited opening hours in winter). Beach lovers will be in their element in Paguera, where extensive sandy beaches invite you to relax. Cala Fornells, on the other hand, has a charming bay and a small pebble beach. Everything you need - from beaches to the lively centre of Paguera with its restaurants, cafés and shops - is within easy walking distance.
