Welcome to this classic style villa with private pool, ideal for up to 10 guests, located in Lloseta, in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range.



The heart of the villa is its large private chlorine pool, measuring 12 x 6 metres and with a depth of between 1 and 2 metres. Perfect for cooling off on sunny days, the pool is fenced for safety and surrounded by a large terrace equipped with 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. Next to the pool, a cosy furnished porch invites you to enjoy the outdoors, with comfortable sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. For barbecue lovers, the property has a fixed and a mobile barbecue.



Indoors, the villa combines elegance and comfort in every corner. Upon entering, the large living room has sofas, armchairs, a piano and a cosy dining area. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, oven and induction hob, includes a practical dining room annex to share delicious moments with the family. In addition, the house has a library-style lounge with satellite TV and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing evenings.



The villa offers 5 bedrooms designed to guarantee maximum comfort. Three of them have double beds and the other two have two single beds each, perfect for children or friends. The master bedroom is a unique space, with television, a small gym, dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, the house has two additional bathrooms with shower and a bathroom with bathtub, ensuring the comfort of all guests.



Every detail of this villa is designed to make you feel at home while enjoying an unforgettable holiday. It has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, Wifi connection, satellite TV, garage and appliances such as washing machine, dryer and hoover. If you are travelling with babies, you can also request a cot and highchair for greater comfort.



Lloseta is a picturesque village located in the heart of Mallorca, at the foot of the majestic Tramuntana mountain range, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In the village there are bakeries and bars. It is the perfect meeting point for mountain hikes, e.g. the Tossals Verds trail. By car you can reach the town of Inca in a few minutes, where you can find a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants and petrol stations. The northern beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro can be reached in 35 minutes by car.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. During the high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is payable on site.
