This bright, inviting and comfortable holiday flat is located in the popular holiday region of Cala Fornells-Paguera in the south-west of the island. From the terrace as well as from the living room and bedroom, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, which extends over the roofs of the complex. The flat offers an open-plan living and dining area with adjoining kitchen. Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in the living area lead out onto the approx. 10 m² covered terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the bay and the vast sea. Start the day with a cosy breakfast including sea view and end it with a glass of wine and tapas on your terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and also offers a fantastic sea view. Two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed (for an extra charge). The flat is at ground level and is ideal for holidaymakers who prefer to avoid stairs - just four steps lead to the entrance. The complex's pool is located further down, directly above the sea. You can either reach it via steps or use the car path to avoid the many steps. There is a restaurant by the communal pool, and further steps lead to the sea access (with a ladder) and additional sun terraces. The complex offers a total of three restaurants, a small grocery shop and an ice cream parlour (possibly limited opening hours during the winter months). For beach lovers, Paguera offers beautiful sandy beaches, while Cala Fornells has a small cove with a pebble beach. Everything is within easy walking distance, including the centre of Paguera, which offers numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.

The price includes linen packs for 2 people. For an occupancy with 3-4 persons or use of the sofa bed 1-2 linen packages must be booked.
From a stay of more than 14 nights an intermediate cleaning is required. This is 75 euros and will be charged automatically.

Stairs/steps to the pool: approx. 200 (the flat is at the top of the complex, the pool at the bottom)
