Description of the accommodation

The large, private saltwater pool, 11m x 4.5m with a constant depth of 2m, is the protagonist of the spacious outdoor area. The tastefully designed terraces have various corners where you can relax. There are sun loungers to soak up the sun, an area with outdoor sofas for chatting and afternoon coffee and a large table for al fresco dining. The plot is fenced and you have no direct neighbours.

The interior of the single-storey building, which was recently built, boasts bright rooms furnished to a high standard. The large, air-conditioned living-dining room has a fireplace and Smart TV, ideal for cosy evenings. The kitchen is open plan to the living room and has everything you need to cook great meals on the induction hob. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are a total of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with access to the garden. Three of them have a double bed and one has two single beds. Three en-suite shower rooms and a further shower room, which is accessible to all residents, complete the facilities. We can provide a cot and high chair on request if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of the house allows you to reach various places of interest easily and quickly. The charming village of Binibeca and its beautiful bay are just a stone's throw from the house. Other coastal areas are also nearby, the closest being Playa Binisafuller. Also nearby is the Splash Sur water park or the imposing Torre de Punta Prima, located in a privileged landscape. In the picturesque village of Sant Lluís you will find all the amenities you need for an independent stay, as well as various restaurants where you can enjoy Balearic gastronomy. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars.

Tourist licence: ET2298METhe Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) must be paid in cash on arrival. The amount to be paid is between 0.55€ per night and guest in the low season and 2.2€ per night and guest in the high season. From the 9th day the tax is reduced by half. Persons under the age of 16 are exempt.

Reservations for groups or parties of persons under the age of 20 are not permitted
