A central attraction is the round pool with a shallow area where small children can enjoy themselves safely. Relax on sun loungers by the pool or read under a parasol. Convenient parking is available on a gravelled plot next to the house.

The interior of the finca combines traditional rustic charm with modern comfort and is characterised by friendly colours, dark wood accents and tiled floors. All rooms are on one level, providing easy access for families with small children. The inviting entrance leads to a large open-plan living and dining area, furnished with a cosy sofa, a TV and a fireplace for cooler days, as well as a long dining table for family meals. A sliding door separates this space from a well-equipped kitchen. The property comprises five double bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

Finca Bouganville Resort is located just a few minutes' drive from the rural town of Llucmajor in the south of Mallorca. There you can easily do your shopping and stroll through the weekly market. Playa S'Arenal is only approx. 18 km away by hire car and other beautiful beaches are approx. 20 km away.
