Location
Nice apartment for two people in Canyamel, with access to the shared pool and a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca.

The shared pool is perfect for taking a dip after a great day at the beach. It is chlorinated and measures 10 x 4 meters while the depth ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. The apartment also has a beautiful private terrace equipped with an outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals or a drink when the sun sets.
Interior
The modern apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. Upon entering, the space that comprises the living room, dining room and kitchen welcomes you. It is equipped with AC and offers a Smart TV, sofa, table with chairs and a kitchen with a ceramic hob. Here you will also find the washing machine and there is also an iron and ironing board. The only bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a wardrobe, and the bathroom has a shower. You can also relax on the sofa bed in the living room. If you are travelling with your baby, we will provide you with a cot.
Surroundings
Canyamel is a semi-urban beach belonging to Capdepera. It stands out for its golden sand and its tranquility. There you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The picturesque Caves of Artá are just 500m away, a must visit.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pool available from Easter to October 15. Opening hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- Tourist license: ETVPL/14500
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay
