There is a lawn area where children can play while you sunbathe after a swim, just 5 meters from your garden. The house also features a BBQ area and a parking space in front. Additionally, three kayaks are available for your use at no extra cost.
Interior
The house is nicely decorated. The bright living room, equipped with air conditioning, is ideal for relaxing with a book, watching satellite TV, or simply enjoying the views. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The adjacent dining area features a table and chairs for 7 people. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a fan for comfort.
Surroundings
The location of the property is particularly beautiful. Alcanada is a very quiet area and is mainly inhabited by locals. In addition, many luxurious villas line the streets of urbanization. At the end of Alcanada there is a quiet beach. Directly opposite stands a small island with a lighthouse, where you can swim to. Nearby there is the golf course Alcanada, one of the best on the island. A small supermarket and a few good restaurants complement the overall picture of Alcanada. In the area, there are many beautiful bays and beaches. Especially recommended are the coves and beaches of Cala de Sant Pere, Playa Des Morer Vermell , Playa de la Victòria, and Es Coll Baix.
