In the beautiful patio, you’ll find a private 5x3m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.8m, surrounded by four sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a furnished porch perfect for al fresco dining. You can also enjoy barbecuing and treat your loved ones to homemade meals. A second covered terrace on the first floor offers a peaceful spot for reading, with views over the pool. Please note, the house is situated in town with neighboring homes nearby.


Interior

Living Room: The air-conditioned living room offers a comfortable space to relax. Sit on the sofa, watch a movie on the Smart TV, enjoy a DVD, or listen to your favorite music. The dining area, connected to the living room, has a table that seats eight, perfect for shared meals and conversations.
Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, essential kitchenware, and a high chair for babies, making meal preparation easy during your stay. The laundry area, located on the terrace, includes a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
Bedrooms:Ground Floor: There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other features two twin beds.Upper Floor: The master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to a private terrace. It's ideal for guests traveling with a baby, as a cot can be provided upon request. Another bedroom on this floor has two twin beds, a closet, and access to a balcony. Three of the four bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Bathrooms:Ground Floor: A bathroom with a massage shower is available for the two ground-floor bedrooms.Upper Floor: The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is another bathroom with a bathtub serving the rest of the upper floor.

This charming cottage is situated on the outskirts of Muro, just a 10-15 minute drive from the stunning beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, known for their golden, fine sand and crystal-clear waters. In Muro, you’ll find everything you need for your daily necessities, including supermarkets, gas stations, and bars. A short drive will take you to the nearby town of Sa Pobla, where you can savor delicious tapas and experience the local culture. Every Sunday, the market in Sa Pobla offers fresh fruits, vegetables, clothing, and handcrafted goods.

A mandatory tourist tax, known as Ecotasa, applies in the Balearic Islands. All guests, with the exception of those under 16 years, are required to pay this tax. The rate ranges from €0.55 per night per guest during the low season to €2.20 per night per guest during the high season. This tax is halved starting from the ninth day of your stay.
