The town of Binissalem is, among other things, one of the most famous wine-growing regions on the Balearic Island, to which the village dedicates a traditional festival every year.

From here, the beautiful view of the garden and the private 10 x 4 m swimming pool (depth of 0.80 x 1.80 m) ensures the well-deserved holiday atmosphere. Sun loungers and parasols also invite you to sunbathe. On the side of the house by the pool there is a brick barbecue with a sink.

Binissalem can be reached from the finca in just 5 minutes by car and there you will find all the necessary shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars. The closest sandy beaches, such as the many bathing bays in the south of Palma or the beaches of Pollenca and Alcudia in the north, can be reached by car in just 15 - 20 minutes thanks to the good motorway connection.
