Our dream of a summer night, the finca "La Tierra" stands out very close to Sant Jordi, known as the village of windmills. Recreation and comfort are written on a large plot of land with fantastic views over the idyllic landscape. Shopping and basic necessities can easily be done in the next village, which is Sant Jordi (2 km) and when it is time for real shopping, we drive in a few minutes (20 km) to the capital Palma. There we are served everything from culture to gastronomy, leisure activities and nightlife in all its varieties, almost everything in abundance. In approx. 14 km you reach the airport...



Our Villa "La Tierra", styled from top to bottom, is situated on a very green plot of 15,000 m² and offers a feeling of total tranquillity during your holidays and a lot of privacy. Everything is possible here, from a quiet holiday to unwind to having fun with family and friends. The garden paradise smiles at us with a large L-shaped chlorine pool and invites you to jump directly into the turquoise blue water. Integrated benches make the pool the ideal platform for sunbathing. Tanning and cooling off at the same time - what more do you need under the Majorcan sky? On the comfortable sun loungers and mattresses by the pool you can relax majestically while gazing out over the surrounding countryside. A wooden walkway leads to the elegant relaxation corner with ample cushions and an elegant dining table. Freshly made "Cortado" and fluffy "Ensaimada" sweeten our afternoon as we enjoy our courageous free time. The billowing white curtains dazzle every evening to the dream of a summer night and tell us with a gentle breeze the story of the enchanted forest. Under the summer roof paid to the house, you can enjoy a pleasant round of barbecues with friends and family. The long dining table generously seats the whole travelling party while the grill master prepares the tasty tenderloins on a high standard grill, of course with one or the other fresh beer. If you still feel like it and have some energy after a delicious dinner, you can try the ping-pong table or burn some extra calories in basketball. Of course, musical entertainment is also provided. Loudspeakers under the terrace give us the summer rhythm and make our legs swing.

The luxurious 400 m² interior of the villa is designed according to the motto "Style meets comfort". Furniture, decorative elements and equipment were professionally selected and perfectly assembled with great taste. The lower living area of the villa consists of a large living room with open dining area and designer kitchen. The huge window elements provide the whole interior with natural light and create an incredible pleasant living atmosphere. The lower sleeping area consists of 3 elegant double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite. In the hallway there is an additional bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and Co. The other 3 double bedrooms welcome us on the upper floor. Except for 1 bedroom, these also have their bathrooms en suite. The third bedroom with 2 single beds also has its own bathroom, but outside the room. For relaxation, we have an extra room with very comfortable lounge furniture, an ergonomically shaped relaxation lounger and a music system to spend some time at your leisure. This room can be converted into a double room. The large sliding windows give access to a terrace with peaceful views of the green richness of Sant Jordi.
