The wonderful holiday house "Can Fiol Port" is located in one of the most beautiful places on the east coast, the fishing village Portocolom. The charming village with all its boathouses, the lighthouse and the picturesque appearance of the long quay with all its fishing and sports boats has a lot to offer. A boat trip with the whole family can be the highlight of your holiday. The beach of Portocolom "Cala Marcal" with its flat sandy waters and blue flag is very suitable for families and highly recommended. Portocolom does not have many shops, but still offers everything for your daily needs. From the house everything is within walking distance. For larger purchases it is worth a trip to Felanitx, because here every Sunday morning the lively weekly market takes place. Even in the middle of summer Portocolom has a quiet atmosphere. Several restaurants and cafés adorn the harbour promenade: from traditional Mallorcan cuisine to haute cuisine, everything is served here. Traditional fishing evokes fresh fish and seafood every day ...

The wonderful holiday home is located within walking distance of the centre and therefore everything is very easy to reach within a few minutes on foot. The property is completely fenced and private. The beautiful garden is a great paradise for small and big explorers. The level pool (7 mx 3,5 m) with integrated ladder and bench is the ideal oasis of refreshment on hot summer days. Amidst palm trees and Mediterranean ambience we lie in the sunbeds and dream of the delicious dishes awaiting us at dinner, created on the covered barbecue behind the pool, which is another advantage and much appreciated by our guests. Here you will feel protected by a roof and enjoy delicious grilled specialities together at the large dining table. The additional refrigerator is an ideal base for refreshing drinks, which should not be missing in any swimming pool. On the left side is the outdoor bathroom. A cosy shade on the comfortable rattan furniture can be found on the covered porch, a very pleasant little corner for an afternoon coffee (the pool can be supervised from here). Or how about a little ping pong competition?



Even the modern 350 m² indoor area offers everything you want for a holiday in a holiday home. The interior is divided on 2 levels and tastefully furnished and decorated. Traditional furnishings go hand in hand with modern furnishing elements and create a great living atmosphere. In the spacious living room, fun family evenings are spent in front of the huge TV, while the others on the terrace, which is separated by large sliding glass doors, have a good time having one or the other glass of wine. The large, bright red kitchen, which can be seen from the living room with access to the veranda, has a cosy ambience with an integrated fireplace, which guarantees cosy family gatherings, especially in winter. The equipment is complete and offers all the tools, just what we imagine in a well-functioning kitchen. For those who wish to burn some calories before hearty meals, there is a gym with various training units available. A well-deserved night's rest after a long day's holiday is guaranteed in 4 comfortable double rooms. The layout is as follows ... on the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds and 1 with double bed) and 1 large bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower. The other 2 double bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with double bed) are located upstairs. Here you will also share a large bathroom. All rooms are well furnished and equipped with comfortable beds. Not only a pleasant living atmosphere is important on holiday, but also the necessary rest at night. Here at "Can Fiol Port" you will feel at ease at any time of the day and you will never want to go home. The basic equipment includes air conditioning, internet wifi, washing machine, bed linen and towels.
