It is an old country house, restored in Sineu. Elements of the old house have been preserved and combined with essential elements for modern comfort.


Sineu still preserves reminiscences of its noble past. A stroll through the medieval streets of its historic quarter will show the visitor beautiful manor houses and monuments of interest.

Sineu has a railway connection with the Palma-Manacor line. It also has numerous bars, restaurants and typical Mallorcan food cellers.

Sineu market is held on Wednesdays and is a large market of animals and farmers who sell vegetables and fruit, as well as handicrafts, clothes, jewellery etc.

The finca has a very good location. It is in the countryside (rural area) but within the limits of the town (urban area), so it is easy to move around on foot and by bicycle.

The rustic image of the house, starts from the outside and continues inside the house. Equipped with solid wood furniture from an era that hardly any of us experienced, but exactly this architectural style of the house makes it the true charm of SON PALANCA.

In the kitchen, a large wood-burning fireplace stands out, with lots of charm, and perfect for enjoying long evenings with family and friends.

Here the Majorcan tradition still plays a prominent role.

In Mallorca, the sun shines almost every day, and consequently temperatures are high, and SON PALANCA is equipped with air-conditioning. And for winter evenings, in the colder months, SON PALANCA has a large, very old fireplace, with lots of Mallorcan charm.

The outdoor area is dominated by nature. There is a barbecue, swimming pool and beautiful views of nature and the Tramuntana Mountains.
