If you are looking for a nice, friendly and moderately priced holiday flat with sea views, then this flat is certainly just the thing. Situated in a beautiful and Mediterranean Ibizan-style complex in Cala Fornells, this flat offers a fantastic view of the beautiful bay of Cala Fornells as far as Paguera over the roofs of the complex. You enter the flat via the open-plan living-dining room with adjoining and also open-plan kitchen, which is separated by a bar. The flat was completely renovated in 2019 and has a friendly Mediterranean look. The living room has 2 corner sofa beds and a dining area. The fireplace provides cosy warmth in winter, supported by the air conditioning, which ensures pleasant freshness in the hotter summer months. There are two covered terraces at your disposal. One is accessible via the large patio doors in the living room and offers a direct, dreamlike view of the sea. The other, somewhat narrower terrace is located to the side of the flat and from here you have a view of the surrounding Tramuntana mountains. Adjacent to the living area is the double bedroom - here you wake up directly with a dream sea view! There is also a shower room with WC. Several stone steps lead down through the complex to the communal pool with adjoining restaurant and, of course, a dream view. A few more steps lead to the beautiful stone terraces and the sea access, which is reserved for guests of the complex only. There is another restaurant right next to the flat. You can easily park a hire car on the street in front of the complex free of charge. The complex has a total of 3 restaurants and a small grocery shop (may only be partially open in winter).
The beautiful beaches of Paguera and Cala Fornells are just a few minutes' walk away, as are numerous shops and other restaurants and cafés in the town centre or along the beach promenades.

The service package only includes linen packs for 2 people for the double bedroom. For each additional person or use of the sofa bed, a laundry package of 25 euros per person (plus IVA/VAT) must be booked in addition.
For stays of more than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is required. This is 75 euros (3 hours) and is charged automatically.
The WLAN of the complex can be used, provided there is reception. No guarantee is given for this
