From here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the bay and the harbour as well as the roofs of the surrounding houses.

In addition, the flat offers another terrace of around 15 m², which comprises a quiet, cosy corner with tropical and typical Mallorcan vegetation.

Both terraces are connected and invite you to linger.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and directly adjoins the living area.

Behind it are the double bedroom and a modern shower room.

A communal laundry room with coin-operated machines allows the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small fee. Guests of the residential complex have access to a communal pool with adjoining sun terrace, which can be reached via steps.

The town centre and harbour of Port de Sóller as well as the beach, numerous cafés, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away.
