This sunny and light-flooded holiday flat is located in the sought-after holiday region of Cala Fornells in the south-west of the island. From the terrace and almost all rooms, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the open sea and the picturesque bay of Cala Fornells and Paguera. The flat boasts an open-plan, stylish and modern living and dining area. Adjacent to this is an open-plan kitchen, which is elegantly separated by a bar. The bright bedroom with a double bed, decorated in friendly colours, and a modern shower room with a floor-level shower complete the harmonious overall picture. You also have a fantastic sea view from the bedroom - a perfect start to the day. The covered terrace can be accessed directly from the living room via large sliding doors. Here you will find a small dining table, ideal for enjoying the marvellous view at breakfast or dinner. A few steps through the complex lead you down to the communal pool, which has a neighbouring restaurant. From here you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. Further stone terraces with direct access to the sea invite you to linger. The air conditioning ensures a cosy climate in winter and cooling in the hot season.

You can park your hire car free of charge on the street in front of the complex.
The complex itself has three restaurants and a small grocery shop (may not be open in winter). For beach lovers, Paguera offers extensive sandy beaches, while Cala Fornells boasts a small bay with a pebble beach - all within easy walking distance. The centre of Paguera, with a variety of restaurants, cafés and shops, is also in the immediate vicinity.
