This tastefully furnished holiday flat with great attention to detail is located in the sought-after holiday region of Cala Fornells/Paguera in the picturesque south-west of the island. Enjoy breathtaking views of the open sea and the idyllic bay of Cala Fornells and Paguera from the terrace and almost all rooms. The flat impresses with an open, stylish living and dining area, which is harmoniously connected to a modern, open-plan kitchen, which is elegantly separated by a counter. From the living area, you can access the spacious, partially covered terrace of approx. 22 m² via large, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The covered part of the terrace is equipped with a BBQ area, which promises inviting evenings with a delicious dinner overlooking the beautiful bay. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and also offers a picturesque sea view that extends over the roofs of the complex. A few steps down and you reach the complex's communal pool, which is accompanied by a restaurant. Here, too, you can enjoy an unrivalled view of the sea. Additional stone terraces and direct access to the sea are also available to guests. The complex offers a total of three restaurants and a small grocery shop (although these may only be open to a limited extent in winter). For beach lovers, there are beautiful sandy beaches in Paguera and a small bay with a pebble beach in Cala Fornells. All the amenities of the town, including numerous restaurants, cafés and shops, are within easy walking distance.
