This bright holiday flat with a spacious sea view terrace is located in the popular holiday resort of Cala Fornells/Paguera. Situated just a few metres above the sea, directly on the 1st line, the flat offers a breathtaking view of the adjacent bay. Particularly noteworthy is the approximately 70 m² sun terrace with its many seating options, which is partially covered and provides plenty of shade on hot summer days. The terrace leads directly into the flat. Large double doors lead into the open-plan living and dining area, which is also equipped with an open-plan kitchen. A spacious double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower offer space for two people. In the living area, one of the sofas can be used to sleep an additional person (for an extra charge). Almost all rooms in the flat offer a marvellous view. Just a few metres away is the complex's spacious communal pool, which is accompanied by a restaurant. A staircase leads to further stone terraces and access to the sea. The complex offers its guests three restaurants, a small grocery shop and an ice cream parlour with other delicacies (possibly only open to a limited extent in winter). The beaches of Paguera and Cala Fornells are only a 5-10 minute walk away, as is the boulevard of Paguera.
