This flat offers you a fantastic view of the sea from almost every room. Situated on the second sea line, it boasts a bright and cosy living/dining area adjoining an open-plan kitchen. Two double bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, offer space for up to four people. Both bedrooms share a shower room. The 15 m² sun terrace, which is partially covered, provides plenty of shade on hot summer days and offers spectacular views of the open sea. The flat is accessible via a separate entrance, which is reached via a few steps from the street. The small hallway leads directly into the open-plan living/dining area, the master bedroom and the bathroom. A floor-to-ceiling sliding window door in the living area leads directly onto the sun terrace. A further bedroom is also accessible from the living area. For guests with hire cars, free parking is available on the street above the complex. A refreshing communal pool with adjoining restaurant invites you to relax (closed in winter). There are also further sun terraces and direct access to the sea (via a ladder, for experienced swimmers only). Within the complex there are a total of three restaurants, a small grocery shop and an ice cream parlour with delicious specialities (only open to a limited extent in winter). The beaches of Paguera and Cala Fornells can be easily reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes, as can the boulevard of Paguera with its numerous shopping facilities and supermarkets.
