Charming holiday home near Portixol near Palma Living in the trendy district of Palma. The approx. 100 m² large, charmingly furnished and renovated house with glass wall to the 30 m² patio and the large 80 m² roof terrace is located in the still original fishing neighbourhood of Es Molinar, on the border to Portixol. It is one of the trendiest districts of Palma and in close proximity to the sea and the beautiful little harbour off Portixol. The house is located in a quiet side street where parking spaces are almost always available. The house consists of an entrance area with a small workspace and storage room, which is ideal for storing rented bicycles. Adjacent to this is the living room with fireplace, satellite TV (SMART TV incl. Netflix subscription) and the dining area, as well as the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. This also has a drinking water treatment system. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), offer space for 4 people. An extra bed for a 5th person and a baby cot can also be used free of charge. There are also two bathrooms - one of which has underfloor heating. The house also has two air conditioning units and central heating. There is air conditioning in the kitchen, which also supplies the living/dining room, as well as a bedroom if the door is left open. Another air conditioning unit is in the 2nd bedroom.
Fibre optic internet via WLAN, washing machine and dryer are also available. In the patio, a beautifully designed courtyard with Mallorcan flair, you can enjoy the sun all afternoon. In the evening, you can sit comfortably in the warm light and use the brick barbecue. There is also a large roof terrace for exclusive use, where you can enjoy the sun at any time of day or year (provided it shines :-)). In less than two minutes on foot you can reach the fantastic 25 km long promenade with small sandy beaches, harbours and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. It leads directly to Palma's cathedral and on to the ferry harbour, and in the other direction around Playa de Palma to Arenal and Son Veri Nou. There is life here all year round - joggers, skateboarders, dog lovers, Nordic walkers and cyclists enjoy this unique promenade right by the sea. Supermarkets and shopping facilities can be found in every direction, all within easy walking distance. Four different bus routes run right outside the door! The airport is ten minutes away by car, as is Palma's city centre.

The house is ideal for those who like to holiday near Palma, appreciate the proximity to the sea and still want a little peace and quiet.
