This flat offers breathtaking sea views from almost every room. Situated on the second sea line, the flat impresses with a bright, friendly living and dining area and an adjoining kitchen. Two cosy double bedrooms - one of which has a sea view - offer space for up to four people. Both bedrooms share a modern shower room and are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold). The spacious sun terrace of approx. 28 m² is partially covered and provides pleasant shade on hot summer days. From here you can enjoy a unique view of the open sea. The entrance to the flat is via the terrace, which leads seamlessly into the open-plan living and dining area - accessible through the floor-to-ceiling sliding door. Start your day with an extensive breakfast on the terrace, accompanied by the spectacular view of the sea, and then unwind with a sunbath. If you are travelling with a hire car, you can park it conveniently and free of charge on the street above the complex. For a welcome refreshment, you can use the complex's communal pool, which is directly adjacent to a restaurant. In addition, several sun terraces and direct access to the sea (via a ladder) offer the best opportunities to enjoy the Mediterranean flair. Within the complex you will also find three restaurants, a small grocery shop and an ice cream parlour with delicious specialities (may be open to a limited extent in winter). The beaches of Paguera and Cala Fornells as well as the lively boulevard of Paguera can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot.
