This charming holiday flat is located in a popular complex in Cala Fornells and offers breathtaking views of the sea from almost every room. Situated on the second sea line, the flat is furnished in typical Mallorcan style with an open-plan living/dining area and an adjoining kitchen. From the living area, you can access the approximately 20 m², semi-covered terrace, which offers spectacular sea views. You can also enjoy a direct view of the picturesque bay from the dining area. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the sea from the double room. A shower room and a separate WC complete the harmonious overall picture. The flat is accessible via stairs. The complex offers guests a spacious communal pool with an adjoining restaurant (closed in winter). Direct access to the sea allows you to take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear Mediterranean. The beautiful beaches of Paguera are also just a few minutes' walk away, as is the boulevard with its numerous shops, restaurants and cafés. A small supermarket, open from spring to autumn, offers fresh bread and a selection of groceries. Larger supermarkets are also within easy walking distance. If you are travelling with a hire car, you can park it free of charge on the street above the complex. The complex has a total of three restaurants, which guarantee culinary variety on site.
