This cosy first floor duplex accommodates between 7 and 9 people and has a large sun terrace with sun loungers, dining table and barbecue. It is located in the centre of the old town of the historic village of Alcúdia, with everything you need at street level.

Sunset Cas Sastre is distributed over two floors and has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor we enter a spacious living-dining room, which is divided into 3 rooms: an anteroom with a sofa and a balcony of about 3m2 to the pedestrian street, a central living room with a large dining table for 6 and a kitchen-dining room with another table for 6, a sofa bed, 2 comfortable typical Mallorcan rocking chairs and a smart TV. The fireplace is merely decorative (cannot be used). The kitchen-dining room has air conditioning with heat pump, with which you can keep the rooms and the dining room at the perfect temperature in any season. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and all the utensils you may need to prepare a tasty meal for the whole family. The kitchen-dining room gives access to a patio with a dining table for 6, where you can sit in the coolness during the warm summer evenings. Around the patio is a bright hallway leading from the dining room to two bedrooms, a bathroom with a small bath/shower and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. One of the bedrooms on this floor has a double bed and a window directly onto the patio and the other has a large single bed (1.2m) and a window onto the corridor which gives it light from the patio.

The first floor is accessed via a staircase which leads directly to a library and comfortable study room ideal if any family or group members need a space to work or study during the holidays. Here we have a double room with a double bed and another room with two single beds. The fifth bedroom can be prepared for 1 or 2 extra persons. From the studio there is access to the large and sunny terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, hammocks, barbecue. The terrace gives access to an outdoor bathroom with shower.

All rooms have air conditioning and a wardrobe.

The accommodation is perfect for families with small children, as it has stair barriers (upstairs and downstairs), a cot, 2 high chairs and a baby bathtub. There are also various games and toys for children. If you bring a pram, it is advisable that it is foldable and comfortable for climbing the stairs.

Sunset Cas Sastre is located in a pedestrian street in the centre of the village. There is a small restaurant downstairs. This historic village is surrounded by the Roman walls, which give it a romantic atmosphere for an evening stroll.

You can ask us for any kind of tourist information about culture, gastronomy, hiking, birdwatching, etc. We are happy to share with you any local information that does not appear in the official guidebooks. We especially recommend the relatively quiet beaches of Morer Vermell (1.2km away), the stony beach of Coll Baix (moderately difficult access) and the top of Talaia de la Victoria.

There is a water park nearby (Hidropark) and a golf course (Aucanada).

Alcúdia is easily reached by a direct bus from the airport to the square, about 120m from the flat.
