The Ca L'avi I S'avia flat is located on the beautiful beach of Punta Prima, right on the seafront. This privileged location makes it stand out and is an important part of its charm and success. Sitting on the terrace or from the garden you can enjoy a truly wonderful view and atmosphere. You have the impression that a part of the beach is yours. The turquoise blue sea is directly in front of you. You will also love the interior. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped and very cosy, and from the nice living room with ceiling fan and dining area you can also admire the views through the wide glass doors of the terrace.

Punta Prima is the perfect place for a family holiday. It has a very complete tourist offer, the promenade is about 200 metres from the flat. Here you will find everything a tourist's heart desires, restaurants, terraces, car and bicycle rental, a pharmacy, several supermarkets, souvenir shops, a craft market several days a week. There is a regular bus connection to Mahon, which is only about 12 km away. So you can also easily take advantage of the wide cultural and gastronomic offer in the capital of Menorca.

In addition, in the area you can go on different excursions along the Camí de Cavalls, which runs along the coast of Menorca. We recommend an excursion to the neighbouring Cala Alcaufar and Cala Rafalet.
