Villa Frida is a spacious village villa with a large terrace and swimming pool, which perfectly combines modern design with historical charm. Located just 11 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Alcudia and Playa de Muro, and 12 minutes from the old town of Pollensa, it is certainly a unique option to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.


Since March 2025, Villa Frida arrives with a new look, improving the quality and design of the house, as well as all its amenities. The improvements include the renovation of the rooms and interiors, the updating of the terrace area, and the incorporation of modern furniture that will ensure greater comfort and style. In addition, the entire outdoor area has been upgraded, providing quality furnishings for an even more exclusive experience. These refurbishments will be ready to go, ensuring that guests will enjoy a renovated space full of charm.






As you enter the villa, you will find a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the sun. On either side of the pool are two houses, each with a unique and special style.





To the right is a modern house with comfortable furnishings in light tones. Here you will find a spacious double room with high wooden beamed ceilings, decorated with modern paintings, and a private bathroom. Another double room, with two large single beds, also has a private bathroom. Both rooms have direct access to the swimming pool.



At the back of the house there is a spectacular rustic Mallorcan-style kitchen made of natural stone with high ceilings. This space invites you to prepare delicious recipes while enjoying a large wooden table and an open living room with comfortable armchairs, ideal for sharing moments watching a movie or playing board games. The large windows of the kitchen-dining room open up completely, giving direct access to the swimming pool and the terrace. There is an additional bathroom with shower next to the kitchen.




The entire villa has unlimited free WiFi and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, available 24 hours a day to ensure your comfort.





Across the pool, you will find a charming historic house dating back to the year 1900. This house still has a typical arch of the period and a fountain that once served as a drinking trough for horses.


There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower. In the spacious living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofas, enjoy a good book or sip a glass of local wine.





The terrace has a barbecue and a ping pong table, ideal for fun times while some people swim in the pool or sunbathe.






Villa Frida is located in a central area with bars, restaurants and a supermarket just a few steps away. From here, you will have easy access to the rest of the island by car, train or bus.


The beaches of Alcudia and Playa de Muro are just an 11-minute drive away, while the old town of Pollensa and the northern beaches are also within easy reach. Other nearby points of interest include the caves of Campanet and the Ufanes springs.
