This cosy townhouse, in the historic quarter of Pollença, offers on the ground floor 1 single bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a landscaped patio.

The adjoining open terrace is furnished with comfortable chairs.
On the large sun terrace you can sunbathe undisturbed and enjoy an indescribably beautiful panoramic view, over Pollensa to the local mountain Puig de Maria.
The location of the house is ideal, the plaza is only a few minutes' walk away and you can get fresh bread rolls in the morning at the corner shop next door.
