The house has 100m2 distributed on the same floor, the entrance hall with access to the living room with two sofas and a large window with access to the covered terrace, next to the living room we have the fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and barbecue, down 4 steps we have the kidney-shaped pool (4x6m) and sunbeds. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), another bedroom with double bed (150x190 cm), and another bedroom with double bed (150x190cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower and a large dressing room. There is another complete bathroom with bathtub and laundry room with washing machine.
