Beautiful villa in Sa Coma, situated less than 1 kilometre from one of the best valued beaches of Mallorca, the beach of Sa Coma. It is a quiet area but you will find restaurants and shops just a few minutes away.


Villa Cas Fraus is a two storey villa surrounded by a garden. The house is accessed from the street, which is a dead end street so there are few cars.

On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with a table for 10 people and 2 sofas in front of the TV, next to the dining room is the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped, with access to the covered terrace where we find another large table for 10 people.

On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms; one with two 90 cm beds, the other two with 150 cm beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a private terrace, and another bedroom with a 180 cm bed.


The outside of the house is very spacious, next to the swimming pool there is a large artificial grass area with sun loungers, parasols, an outside shower, a children's table and a wonderful stone barbecue.


The house has internet access (wifi) and satellite TV.
