The village of Santa Margalida is located in the north of Majorca, only a 10-15 minutes' drive away from Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, both dreamlike beaches with crystal clear waters. In the village there is a street market every Tuesday and Saturday offering fresh fruit and vegetables from the local farmers. We recommend a visit to Puerto de Alcúdia with its promenade full of restaurants and bars, Pollença with its picturesque old town and Formentor with its famous lighthouse. In the centre there are small shops; larger supermarkets can be found in Can Picafort and in the town of Inca. A car is necessary and you can park free of charge in the village.



The focal point of this accommodation is its magnificent 60 square metre terrace, an outdoor oasis where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared on the mobile barbecue, while gazing at the surrounding landscape and feeling the gentle Mediterranean breeze. Inside, you will find a separate cosy lounge equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere at any time of the year. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities, from oven and dishwasher to Dolce Gusto coffee machine and filter coffee machine, as well as utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with direct access to the terrace to enjoy the views and the sea breeze from the comfort of your bed. In addition, a separate bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer ensures complete relaxation during your stay. For families with babies, a cot and highchair are available on request, guaranteeing a safe and comfortable stay for the little ones.





Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.

The deposit of 300 Eur will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
