This beautiful village house offers you a successful combination of tradition and modernity in 250 m2 and is divided into several floors

On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and one with a double bed, also these bedrooms have an en suite bathroom.

A few steps lead you to the next floor, where there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and en-suite bathrooms.


The house is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) and there is a fireplace in the living room for cosy winter evenings.



Enjoy the beautiful patio where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. From here you can access a spa area to cool off on hot days.


From the roof terrace you have an unforgettable view over the beautiful Artá!

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
