Casa Leon is a fabulous home in the heart of the sought after town of Pollença. This cosy property is a great gem to discover.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room with every comfort, attention to detail and exquisite design. From the living room and on the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a patio with jacuzzi and barbecue. There is a bathroom and a laundry room. Heated Jacuzzi for a supplement of 18 €/day, minimum 3 consecutive days.
On the first floor we can find two spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds and one double. The twin room has an en-suite bathroom and the double room has an en-suite shower room. The icing on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy the views of the city and the mountain range.
This is definitely a very strong addition to our portfolio, and certainly not a property one would want to miss out on!
