This flat is on the first floor of a two-apartment building on the first line of Portocolom. We access by the staircase that takes us to the first floor, there is no lift so it is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties, upon entering the house we find a spacious living room with two areas one with a dining table for 6 people and another with a sofa in front of the TV, from the living room we access the terrace where there is a terrace table some armchairs where you can enjoy excellent views of the harbor, next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace.

At the back of the flat are the bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, two others with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, on the back terrace is the washing machine.

The flat has satellite TV, Wifi and air conditioning throughout the house.
