2 bedroom flat in Calas de Mallorca with a spectacular communal pool 5 minutes from the beach.
This flat is located on the ground floor of a flat block called Es Mirador, it has a nice garden around the house with parking space, palm trees and a covered terrace with a chillout. The communal pool in front of the house is very large, more than 15 meters long, children's pool, and 2 jacuzzis.
Access to the house through the garden and we enter the living dining room in white tones, with a sofa area in front of the TV and a dining table, an American bar separates the fully equipped kitchen from the dining room, at the end of the kitchen is the laundry room. At the back of the dining room there is an interior terrace with a dining table.
The house has two bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower, one of the bedrooms has two single beds, and the other has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
It is an ideal flat for a family with children.
The house has heating, air conditioning, Wifi and satellite TV.
