We access the Villa front a Mar from the street, a very quiet street as it has no exit, a small Mediterranean garden leads us to the front door, we access the house and find a double height hall with the staircase that leads to the first floor on the right hand side we find a hallway that leads to the laundry, From the entrance hall on the left hand side there is another corridor that leads to a single bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 135x200 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm and built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm and views to the terrace and the sea. Crossing the hall we access the living-dining room divided into two areas, one area where there is a sofa and several armchairs in front of the TV and the fireplace, at the other end of the living room there is a dining table, from the living room we have access to the covered terrace where there is a large table to eat and the spectacular views to the sea and the lighthouse of Portocolom. On one side of the living room is the kitchen with white Mediterranean style furniture, spacious and fully equipped and with direct access to the covered terrace. On the first floor there is an incredible suite with a double bed, complete bathroom with bathtub, private terrace and spectacular sea views.

The swimming pool is located on the rocks a few meters from the sea and there are two sunshades and 9 sunbeds, next to the pool there is a lawn area.

The house has central heating, satellite TV and Wiffi.
