After leaving the car very close by, we access the house walking about 150 metres, through a beautiful narrow street, so typical of the village.

We arrive at the house and we find that it integrates characteristic elements of the area, such as the exposed stone and the wide and cool walls, but it is a completely renovated, modern, modern and super comfortable house, as well as aesthetically very pleasant.


It has 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, two with double bed and the other with two single beds. all with air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.


There is wifi and satellite tv.

On the ground floor there are two large rooms, united and at the same time separated by a beautiful stone arch. Entering from the street through the main door, we go through the living room, then the dining room, and then we can access the kitchen or go out to the patio. There is also a toilet to use while life goes on downstairs.



The kitchen is very comfortable and beautiful. It is the hub of the house. While you cook, the others can sit at the island, and join you for a good chat, washed down with a good wine. Meanwhile, the children go in and out of the patio, through the large glass door that connects the two rooms. It is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and everything you need to feel at home.



The inner courtyard is our little oasis. The swimming pool, with salt water purification system, measures 5 x 3 metres and is 1.90 metres deep. There are 4 sun loungers and a large table with chairs to eat while enjoying the sun and the good weather of Mallorca.



The location is perfect, in the historic centre of Alcúdia, its old walled town, you can almost imagine how life used to be here centuries ago. Within a 5 to 10 minute walk, you can find plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, bus and taxi stops, etc. Every Tuesday and Sunday, there is a nice market, where they sell local fruit and vegetables, which you buy directly from the farmer.

Also very close by, on foot you can reach the "Roman city of Pollentia". These are the ruins of a Roman city dating back to 123 B.C. A must-see in Alcúdia.



And of course, the wonderful beaches, the mountain trails through the Serra de Tramuntana, the nightlife, the promenade of Alcúdia... all within a 10 minute drive. That's the beauty of living on this island, that everything is close by...

- Low season (November to April) 0.50€/adult/night, first 8 nights. Ninth and following nights 0.25€/adult/night.
