The house is divided into 2 living areas, each with kitchens and fireplaces, which lead off from the communal reception hall. On the upper floor there are 6 of the 8 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The Mediterranean garden with palm trees, oleander, lavender and other typical plants, as well as the spacious terraces, offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. The sunny terrace of the large infinity pool is equipped with 12 garden loungers and leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious terraces offer plenty of space for extensive barbecues at sunset.

La Reina del Pla
Ariany, a village with about 800 inhabitants, is located in the centre of Mallorca, on the road from Petra to Santa Margalida. The luxury finca 'La Reina del Pla', situated on the outskirts of Ariany, is an ideal starting point for day trips to all regions of the island. The beaches 'Playa de Muro' or 'Son Serra de Marina' are only about 15 km away. While the village of Petra, with its 3 supermarkets, 2 bakeries and various restaurants for different tastes, almost has the character of a "small town", in the streets of Ariany the dogs lie around and take a nap. Nevertheless, Ariany also has a supermarket, two bars and the restaurant 'Ses Torres', which is very popular for its typical local cuisine. Major shopping can be done in Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca, which is only 15 minutes away. In addition to cultural sights, churches, museums, hiking, cycling and tennis, the surrounding area offers various leisure activities such as horse riding and carting.
