The buildings of our simple yet impressive Biniforani Nou estate rise up on an extensive lookout point that offers views of the Valle de Biniforani valley, the bay of Palma and the mountainous landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana.
The buildings, which date from ancient times, have been renovated and extended with stately additions dating from the beginning of the XXth century. However, the original arrangement of the buildings around a stone-paved courtyard in the traditional style, the so-called clastra, has been retained and invites visitors to enter. Apart from the main manor house, the estate also has various other buildings that were once used for agricultural purposes, such as the oil mill and the house where the housekeepers lived.
These buildings have recently been modernised to offer our guests every comfort.
However, we have taken care to maintain the essence and original charm of the old manor houses, paying particular attention to preserving the details that give the buildings their authentic and unique character.
The manor house has two spacious floors and has 8 double rooms, all facing the outside and each with its own bathroom, as well as a TV with satellite TV, spacious corridors, several living areas, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry and work room. All rooms are spacious, cool and flooded with light and offer a relaxed, intimate atmosphere.
In the outdoor areas of the Biniforani Nou holiday home, guests have various areas to relax in, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue grill and a large pool with a sun terrace that offers wonderful views.
The holiday home is ideal for accommodating groups and families. The finca is the ideal place for anyone who wants to spend a few days' holiday in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside on an estate whose historical roots can still be traced today. In the months of June, September, May, October and Easter/Christmas there are reduced prices for up to 16 people. Please just ask.
The property has Wi-Fi throughout the house and also air conditioning. There is table tennis and table football/football.

Location

The buildings of Finca Reina del Coll de Soller form part of an extensive family estate of Muslim origin. This estate with forests and olive groves covers an area of 700,000m2 and stretches from the Valle de Biniforani valley to the Puig des Teix massif and the Serra d'Alfàbia mountain range.
In this bucolic landscape with its mountains, valleys and millennia-old terraced fields, donkeys and sheep graze among the orange, carob and olive groves.
