On the ground floor there is a living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace, a dining room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a bathroom. For the winter months there is central heating.

Next to the swimming pool is the guest house for two people. It has a living-dining room, bathroom with shower and on the upper floor a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm).



Located 500m from the historic centre of Alcudia, very close to all services, being able to walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, visit its beautiful streets, the bi-weekly market, the wall that surrounds it or the Roman city of Pollentia. The beautiful beaches of Barcarès, San Joan or Sant Pere are only 2,5 Km away, being very close to a total of 8 beaches.



- Ecotasa: 2,00 € per person (from 16 years) and night from May to October and 0,50 € per person (from 16 years) and night from November to April to be paid on arrival.

- Electricity cost: 0,40 € Kw/h according to consumption.

- Heating cost: 1,1 €/ l of gasoil according to consumption.

- Deposit of 500 € to be paid on arrival. It is returned on departure.

- The client is not entitled to a refund once he/she has arrived at the property.
