Cosy townhouse in Muro




Beautiful and well maintained house in the centre of Muro.



If you are looking for accommodation to spend a pleasant holiday with your family and friends, in Capavila you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for.



The house is divided into two floors.


On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can access the large terrace.

On the first floor you will find the bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with bathtub.



Outside you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. In the large outdoor barbecue you can prepare delicious dishes for a cosy barbecue evening.


You can cool off in the 6x3 metre swimming pool, which has sun loungers prepared for you.



The house is fully air-conditioned. There is also a garage with space for 2 cars, which can be used.




IMPORTANT:

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Optional central heating 15€ per day

- Electric cars plugged into the mains of the house 100€ per week

- Parties are not allowed.
