The space



This house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood of Sa Pobla. In 2019 it has been completely refurbished, making it a very special property, as it offers the comfort of a modern property but has retained its old character in numerous details.



The house has two floors, on the main floor we have a spacious entrance hall, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, a living room, a toilet and open kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the spacious covered terrace, where we find a comfortable outdoor dining and sitting area with sofas. An idyllic place to spend great moments at any time of the day.

The house has a patio with swimming pool, with estimated measurements of 7x4 and surrounded by sun loungers.

On the upper floor we have 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has direct access to a large furnished terrace, overlooking the pool.


The house also has a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.


The property is located in Sa Pobla, which is perfect for a stroll at any time to visit its main square full of bars, restaurants and shops. Like many villages in Mallorca, every Sunday there is a traditional market with fresh fruit and vegetables from local suppliers and many other artisan products such as the famous sobrasadas and Mahon cheeses.

The transport service is very good, there are bus stops and train station close to the accommodation.

The nearest beach is Ca'n Picafort, 12.3 km away. Its white sand and crystal clear waters are a true marvel. And if you like golf, the Aucanada golf course is less than 10 km away.
