Chalet Lloberina is an exquisitely renovated historic villa in Pollença. Built approximately 500 years ago, it combines history and comfort in an idyllic setting. Its location, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the Colonya Valley, offers a haven of tranquillity and unrivalled beauty.



The outdoor space has been designed for maximum enjoyment. Its impressive, gently sloping, carved stone pool invites you to take a relaxing dip, while comfortable sun loungers, spacious terraces and a covered pergola with a large dining table for eight create the perfect setting for unforgettable outdoor moments. By the pool, a built-in barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals while your loved ones enjoy themselves. In addition, the gardens are home to majestic olive and fruit trees, offering the possibility to pick fresh lemons or juicy oranges in season.



Interiorly, Chalet Lloberina is spread over two floors, combining traditional elements with modern comforts. On the ground floor, the rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer and generous storage space, as well as a table for cosy breakfasts. From here, there is access to a spacious dining room with high ceilings and views of the impressive original stone entrance. The living room, decorated with wooden beams and tiled floors, offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere with comfortable sofas and satellite TV with limited channels. There is also a laundry room with washing machine for added convenience.



The rooms have been designed to ensure a restful night's sleep and are spacious and decorated in a local style. All have hot/cold air conditioning, programmed in accordance with local energy saving initiatives, operating from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.



From the dining room, stairs lead up to the first floor, where the four bedrooms are located. There are two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and two double bedrooms, also with their own en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms are fully equipped with shower and essential elements for the wellbeing of the guests.



Chalet Lloberina is located in a privileged area of Pollença. Just a five minute drive away, you can stroll through the old town, full of unique shops, authentic restaurants and fascinating historical sites. Don't miss the Sunday market, where you can find fresh local produce.



For the sea, Puerto Pollença is just a fifteen minute drive away, an ideal place to relax on the beach or enjoy water sports such as kayaking, jet skiing or boat trips. If you are looking for crystal clear waters, Cala Sant Vicenç is a must.



A car is recommended to move around freely and explore the most charming corners of the island.
