Villa Verd is a beautiful stone-built country house in a traditional style. The area where it is located is quiet, and it is surrounded by oaks, olive trees, pines and fruit trees typical of the area.



The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The living-dining room has two sofas, a fireplace and satellite TV, and is decorated with old farming tools.



Outside, there is a large covered terrace, perfect for outdoor meals, which can be prepared on the barbecue. Both the terrace and the barbecue have splendid views of the garden surrounding the swimming pool. The house also has a ping pong table.
