It is situated in a very quiet area with views over the countryside, on the edge of the village of Santanyí.



The façade of the house respects the traditional construction of the village of Santanyí although the interior is modern in style.



On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a spacious kitchen-dining room with a table large enough for up to ten people and a central kitchen island with space for five people, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a second double bedroom and another bathroom with shower.



Both from the kitchen-dining room and from the master bedroom you can go out onto the patio where there is a 7.25 m x 3.25 m swimming pool with Jacuzzi area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. There are two large automated awnings that provide a pleasant shade and cover the large outdoor table, there are also six sun loungers for pleasant sunbathing.



On the first floor there are three double bedrooms. One of them with balcony and en suite bathroom with shower, two more double bedrooms, one with balcony and the other with exit to the large terrace, both share a central bathroom with shower.



On the floor there is also the spacious living room with exit to the terrace and with nice views towards the countryside.



On this terrace there is an outdoor table and armchairs for four people, as well as a couple of sun loungers.


The house has air conditioning, underfloor heating, two televisions with satellite TV, as well as connection to Movistar TV, high speed internet and Wifi throughout the house.



The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.



At only 5 minutes walking distance you will find the main square with a multitude of restaurants and shops. In Santanyí you will find everything for your daily needs. There are two large supermarkets, pharmacies, cash machines, bars with live music, exhibitions and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly market takes place. Furthermore, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for visits to the beach. Particularly remarkable are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful long sandy beach Es Trenc, located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. The two charming coastal villages of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro are also worth a visit. For excursions we offer the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo or a visit to the salt mines between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi, as well as the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador in Felanitx, located on a 509 m high mountain with a fantastic panoramic view over the island.
