The natural stone villa has a southern exposure, a heated private pool and a large plot which is not visible from the outside. Sun loungers, a large parasol, a solar shower and a covered terrace with a large table and a gas barbecue are available. The roof terrace, which can be accessed from the outside, is equipped with 2 sunbeds and a lounge set and offers a view all the way to the beach of Es Trenc.
The large living room is newly furnished and has a high-speed internet connection, 65 inch smart TV, sound bar.
The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped.
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite).
All windows and the patio door are equipped with new fly nets, in the kitchen and in the bathrooms the windows are additionally barred. The house is secured with an alarm system with connection to the security service.
The house is equipped with photovoltaic system and wallbox (charging is extra). E-bikes can be charged. Two bicycles are available free of charge.
Electricity costs are included in the rental price, except for pool heating and use of the wallbox.
The pool heating is charged at a flat rate per day with an additional amount (see arrival information in the booking confirmation).
The use of the wallbox is charged additionally according to consumption. The house is suitable for couples, families with children and senior citizens.
Parties and loud celebrations are not permitted .The apartment is also not rented to groups under the age of 30.

Location
The house is situated only half an hour's drive from the airport and Palma in Dalt de Sa Rapita on the south coast of Mallorca, a quiet residential area close to the sandy beach of Es Trenc, Ces Covetes & Ces Salinas. All shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the village, several small supermarkets, a pharmacy and various restaurants.
In Campos, 12 km away, you will find large supermarkets, organic vegetable market/shop, drugstore Müller and various other shops.
Several golf courses and 2 marinas (Estanyol & Sa Rapita) are within easy reach.
