Spectacular elegant and cosy house in Sa Pobla, prepared for 8 people. It is located in the centre of the village and only 200m from the main square known for its great atmosphere in tapas and local gastronomy. Villa Ca na Marrona is designed for you to enjoy a very quiet and cosy stay but only 11 km from the famous beaches and coasts of Alcúdia and Pollensa and very close to the Tramuntana mountain range.

The house is recently restored and has 3 floors, with two mezzanines. With its 8 beds and a comfortable and large space, the house has all the services you may need: swimming pool, solarium, 4 bedrooms all with Smart TV, 4 complete bathrooms with shower, a separate toilet, a large kitchen, dining room etc. As its name suggests, from the incredible superior room you will enjoy views over the bell tower of the old church of Sant Antoni Abat, patron saint of this town. This will transmit you the sensations of the Mediterranean villas as it happens in the Spanish coast, Tuscany, Venice etc.



From the hall we have access to the first bedroom with two single beds. Then we enter an elegant living room with two sofas and satellite TV. From the living room we can go out to the patio, to the kitchen-dining room or up the stairs to the other bedrooms.

The patio has a first terrace of about 12 x 3m, partially covered, to read in the shade or to store the bicycles. Up 2 steps, we find the large terrace with swimming pool. The pool measures 6 x 3m and has an outdoor shower for cooling off or to wash off the chlorine. On the terrace there are 4 sun loungers for sunbathing, a barbecue and a table to enjoy al fresco dinners with your family or friends. There are neighbours on both sides of the house and the patio.



From the living room we enter the dining room, where there is a round table for 8 people. The dining room is connected to a bathroom with shower and to the kitchen, where we find another table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay: electric oven, induction hobs, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, etc. At the end there is another bathroom with shower, a room with washing machine and another exit to the patio.



Up the stairs in the living room, we reach a mezzanine with a bedroom with 2 single beds and a complete bathroom with dressing room and shower.

Up 4 more steps, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a large dressing room. In the hallway there are 3 wardrobes to store more clothes, as well as a bathroom with shower.

The last door leads to the attic, where we find a large bathroom with shower on the mezzanine and a romantic bedroom with a small sofa and views of the church bell tower.

The house does not have private parking, you can park for free in the streets of the village.



All bedrooms have Smart TV and air conditioning. The house has wifi and in the living room there is satellite TV.


The gastronomy is the great strength of this ancient and cosmopolitan town with a strong welcoming character of its people.


Every night in July there are free Jazz concerts in the town square. On Mondays it is usually an international group. On Sundays you can enjoy a large local farmers' market in the centre of the village. Wednesdays all year round is a special night of pinchos and tapas.
