Modern townhouse for 5 guests with air conditioning and Wifi in Sa Pobla, 15 minutes drive from Playa de Muro.



The house is in the centre of the village, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the square, where you can go for tapas every Wednesday. The northern beaches are 10-15 km away, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia. There are two golf courses in the north, Alcanada and Pollença. Every Tuesday and Sunday, there is a weekly street market in Alcúdia.



The two-storey house has been lovingly renovated, respecting the charm of the natural stone walls and typical tiles. Upon entering, the living room with sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning leads to the modern kitchen-dining room. There, you will find good equipment, including gas and ceramic hobs, dishwasher and cooking utensils. From there, you have access to the patio. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. A bathroom with bathtub, shower and hairdryer, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with double bed are located on the first floor. All bedrooms offer air conditioning, clothes rack or wardrobe.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half, only during high season. The Ecotas will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
