Centrally located terraced house in Mallorca north, for 2-8 guests, close to the beach of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro.



The 3-storey townhouse has 4 bedrooms and a living-dining room with air conditioning. On the ground floor are the common areas, kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom and on the first floor there is a bedroom with a terrace. In the basement there is a private garage, shower, washing machine and iron/ironing board. Cot and high chair on request. A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby.



You can visit the street market of Alcúdia, every Sunday and Tuesday, Cap Formentor and Formentor beach, the Caves of Campanet, the natural park of S'Albufera or the beautiful beach of Playa de Muro. A car is not necessary as all important services are close by. To go to the beach, you only have to walk down the street.




Please note

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
