Located in the small village of Muro, Mallorca North, this house promises quiet and authentic holidays for 2-6 guests.



Within a 10 minute drive you reach Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, both family-friendly fine sandy beaches with amenities. In the villages of Muro and Sa Pobla you will find supermarkets, restaurants and petrol stations. As the house is close to the beach and the mountains, it is ideal for excursions of all kinds, such as a visit to the old town of Alcúdia, the monastery of Lluc or a day's cycling in the park of S'Albufera.



The two-storey house has a private chlorine pool with a size of 3.5 x 6.5 metres and a depth of between 1.3 and 1.6 metres; it is completely surrounded by a terrace with terrace furniture, a ping pong table and a gas barbecue. On the first floor there is a terrace with artificial grass, sunbeds and parasols. The house offers central air conditioning, Wifi, clothes dryer, washing machine, Netflix, Prime and satellite channels. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, the living-dining room and the open kitchen with ceramic hob. The bedrooms, of which two with a double bed and one with a trundle bed, are on the first floor, as is a separate bathroom with shower and hairdryer. One bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and a TV with Smart-TV.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
